@g0lbk It was only radio adjacent as not been doing much, designed a caddy that fits the radio well and holds it in place after being disgusted at the crappy one that came from Icom.

The crappy Icom charging cradle annoyed me to the point I made one that actually holds the radio. Not that I own a boat to need this, but it’s holding even if upside down now.

Replaced my old Icom handheld marine VHF with an expensive new one. The new radio seems fine, but the enshitification of Icom charging cradles is something to behold. Pretty sure the radio's going flying in heavy seas. £45 if you want to buy a spare one🤡

@MehdiHacks I have a P2S on order too, really looking forward to less printer maintenance :) Fusion 360 has worked well for me so far for project parts and found it easy enough to pick up with no previous background in design just using tutorials and searching online for answers.

Managed 15 3cm EME QSOs, 10 being initials, over the weekend without any complications or hassle. Fair to say the new antenna controller is doing the job.

@g0lbk Raspberry Pi with touchscreen display and case, had one sitting unused, can use the software in Windows too but the Windows computer is on the wrong side of the room :)
