I’m Taurean Curtis Jackson. I’m in federal prison because the U.S. used a fake drug report (DEA-113) to convict me.
I filed irrefutable proof of this fraud on May 23.
The 8th Circuit promised a review.
They lied.
🚨 This is happening in the 8th Circuit.
🚨 I’ve filed a DOJ complaint (OPR #582820‑WFX).
🚨 Still no accountability.
📢 I need outside pressure.

This is life or death.

My trial lawyer waived my rights without my permission.
Told the judge I wouldn’t be filing motions.
I never agreed to that.
No DEA-7, no challenge to drug weight, no pretrial defense.
I’ve been fighting to undo that for 3 years. Alone.
This is happening in the District of Minnesota, Case No. 0:21-cr-00216-DWF-DTS-4. Court orders are being sealed without reason, and the DOJ missed its deadline with no consequences. If anyone wants the filings, I have them
This isn’t just about me—if they can do this to one person, they can do it to anyone. Ignoring deadlines, sealing orders, burying cases. Where’s the accountability?
The government doesn’t have the required DEA-7 drug analysis. They missed their deadline to respond, and instead of enforcing the law, the judge is just ignoring my filings. Transparency is dead in this courtroom. We need media eyes on this NOW.
