@talktoBOI My point was..you need TWO portals to be able to work together in any shape or form. It's insane that a portal you pay for cannot provide you with statements. SO you need to g to a DIFFERENT one to get them. And that's just one use case

I had to start using @talktoBOI Business Online again and I want to cry. You cannot even get digital statements. They must be ordered by phone and you get them 5-7 days later by POST 🥲

thought it would be fun to own, but would much prefer to just order something on a website (like a Tesla!) and be done with it.
