@ICT_MrP I agree, it's the stuff around the teaching that makes up the majority of the job. Everyone thinks they know what a teacher does because they went to school. They have no idea that they see only a tiny fraction of the reality. Makes everyone think they're an expert.

@MartinSLewis £2,500 energy bill for 4 mths. Spent months on the phone/sending emails but continued to be threatened with bailiffs etc. Eventually waited the set time so I could raise it with the ombudsman who reduced the bill to £300 and awarded £100 compensation. British Gas are a disgrace.
