@JimbosJunkbox so normally no i dont really care if my coworkers like me but this specific workplace has a huge emphasis on team building and such. one time my boss gathered me and three other employees together and asked us to talk to and make sure the new people felt welcomed

context because this left my circle: we work in childcare. this coworker has treated me poorly in the past but since apologized and promised to do better. and another coworker asked her the exact same question a few minutes later and got a perfectly nice answer
