@NissanUK Yea I was in contact with them 4 times yesterday an still couldn’t get ahold of the case person within the 6 hours range I phoned in, spoke to 4 different people an none o them could do anything because the person dealing with the case was on a line they said

Very disappointed in @NissanUK I had my pick up away at Aberdeen on 21st April some parts that was needed was on back order so I got offered a hire car which was going to be sorted in 48 hours, phone call on 26th asking more questions, 8 days later still without a vehicle…

Also to top it off they aren’t open Monday because it’s a bank holiday so going to without a vehicle for atleast 11 days

Phoned 4 times yesterday to try get an update between 1 o’clock an 19.30 an still waiting on a call back because the lady was on the line every time I phoned, and never got a call back
