So, the payments are made per stage per individual until the end of the carcass level. For instance, our preliminary foundation cost for individuals per block is 3.2 million, which would be paid after securing a space and becoming a member of the open real estate community. Then the next stage, and like that until the carcass is completed. The estimated time to get to this stage is between the next 18 to 24 months.

1.8 million Naira to subscribe to a space . The rough estimate for the construction to the end of carcass level for individuals co-developing this would be around 20 to 25 million. That'll bring everything to between 22 to 27 million Naira.

Please note that after securing the space, there'll be an open and transparent bill that every body will pay a share of per stage to prosecute the construction. That's why it's an open real estate model.

Achievable. But with such locations, the initial deposit to secure a space would be above 10 million and then the installmental payment arrangement can work for the development. We're currently working on a deal around Katampe main for 16 units of 2 bedroom apartments and it'll take around 15 million Naira for each of the 16 subscribers to start.
