Today we're sharing our work on interaction models. A new class of model trained from scratch to handle real-time interaction natively, instead of gluing it onto a turn-based one.

The way Nigerians switched from Labour to ADC and then to NDC because of @PeterObi should be studied in universities. This man is going to become President eventually in a free and fair election.
The goal now should be ensuring that by any means necessary.
This thing no hard at all. If you need US/UK level talent, you either hire from there or you train people to match.
E get why even companies in nigeria here send people abroad & pay for certifications often.
Nobody wakes up to become senior level no matter how smart they are
Ok let me actually BITE… because I am infuriated rn:
You people are NOT seeing the actual downside with this and I’ll try to explain it and how it contributes to the high number of mental health issues in the Nigerian professional space.
If you do not have the money to start a fucking business in Nigeria to employ Nigerians in Nigeria, DO NOT START - nobody should be your “building slave” in the name of crafting a professional profile for themselves or because you as a business is “struggling”.
Forcing these startups (which we can clearly agree are now being irrelevantly and depthlessly replicated) and paying meager “survival salaries” to Nigerian employees to sustain it, gives them a faux sense of professional belonging that ends up burning them out. And because they want to maintain that professional front or job security, they work through this burnouts not fully enjoying the experience of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
Also, if you want to go in the direction of “but that will mean less jobs as there will be less businesses employing Nigerians…bla bla bla” well maybe then finally, young Nigerians will actually be angry enough to demand a better type of governance that provides quality job and life security for all.
The life we are all living in this country is NOT it at all. Everybody is suffering. My friends and family working 9-5 or own businesses are suffering. Everyone is borrowing from everyone to do one or two but we are quiet about it. And this vehemently contributes to our deteriorating mental health which ultimately contributes to our shortened lifespan as Nigerians.
So because you said 15 million yearly salary cost for 5 staff at 250k monthly, we should celebrate you? (Yes, I don’t spend that amount in salary cost as a business), but do you even consider how exactly the employees have to MANAGE 250k that is DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH for a month in Nigeria just to deliver their best?
