Economy or Education? Economy ranks first in all regions except Ashanti in the most recent polls, where manifesto is major issue influencing their votes.

Interestingly, even in the Ashanti region, education is not the major issue of concern for voters.

Five Soldiers arrived in Kpeve, South Dayi, this afternoon and claims to have ostensibly been deployed for Election duties.

They are looking for accommodation for 5days.

During the 2020 elections, this same Govt sent 28 Soldiers nearly all of them from T’di to Kpeve. They were housed in the dce’s residence. I ended up feeding them throughout their stay in 2020.

This time, I’m not feeding.

I wish to inform the Rt. Hon. Speaker Bagbin that, contrary to the assurances from the Military High Command to him that they won’t deploy Soldiers to Polling Stations during this elections, they actually have.

I have just finished reading the Supreme Court’s decision in the Vacant Seats case.

And I must say, In great contrast to the Majority’s decision, Justice Tanko’s dissent is profoundly erudite.

The dissent shows both the moral urgency and the intellectual dexterity that is reminiscent of some of the greatest decisions this country has ever seen. It was a great nostalgic feeling to read him and the constitutional clarity of mind he exhibits.

His analysis is matured and not rushed. He is focused on the basics of the pillars of the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction. You can feel his struggle to even fathom how the Supreme Court will even allow this case to proceed.

Truly, I felt deeply his prayer that he hopes this decision comes to be reversed soon, refreshingly honest yet exasperated. It’s the prayer of a man who so loves the Court and who now sees his vocation and its core values slip away. Particularly in the face of a majority decision that is grasping at straws to even remain consistently logical.

This is the kind of intellectual engagement that this long era of “unanimous decisions” have robbed us of.

I feel alive again!

Thank you Justice Amadu Tanko. Posterity will set you right!

I have just received a call that after the Police Hospital released Ibrahim’s body to the Family for burial yesterday, the Police have called the Family that they want to exhumate his body for further investigations.

Though he was a victim of a criminal homicide, the body was released less than 24 hours to the family.

Not even bullet fragments were retrieved from the body before the Police decided to release it. It doesn’t seem to me that they intended to investigate it.

Imagine the family’s trauma having to dig up and rebury him.

RE: FALSE CLAIMS OF A MANHUNT - CLARIFICATION AND NEXT STEPS

It has come to my attention that the Ghana Police Service has issued press statements suggesting that they are on a manhunt for me, thereby creating the false impression that I am on the run. These claims are baseless and misleading, as I have been in consistent communication with senior officers within the Police hierarchy regarding my whereabouts and availability.

In light of these developments, I have instructed my lawyers to urgently engage with the Ghana Police Service to seek clarification on which specific police station or office they wish me to report to. My legal team stands ready to cooperate and will be in touch with the relevant authorities to ascertain the appropriate steps required.

I remain committed to the rule of law and to addressing any issues raised by the Police in accordance with due process. I expect that this engagement will provide clarity and prevent any further attempts to distort the truth.

THE PROMPT ANNUAL PAYMENTS PRESIDENT AKUFO-ADDO AND KEN OFORI-ATTA MADE TO KELVIN OFORI-ATTA FOR STADIUM REHABILITATIONS WHICH COULD STILL NOT SAVE GHANA FROM A CAF BAN

I continue to make more interceptions of vital documents as I seek to unravel through diligent parliamentary oversight the mysterious situation of how Ghana still managed to earn an unprecedented monumental international embarrassment of a CAF ban despite the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration spending massive taxpayer funds on stadium rehabilitations.

Intercepted Payment Vouchers reveal that every year since 2019, President Akufo-Addo and Ken Ofori-Atta made sure their cousin, Kelvin Ofori-Atta religiously received huge payments for stadium rehabilitations. (Intercepted Payment Vouchers are duly attached).

Remember that Kelvin Ofori-Atta is the owner of Coupbay and Cisdan, the two companies awarded a sweetheart deal to rehabilitate the Accra Sports Stadium and the Essipong Sports Stadium.

Here is an interesting breakdown:

1. On March 18, 2019 — Kelvin Ofori-Atta’s Coupbay was paid GHS6,006,868.44 to rehabilitate the Accra Sports Stadium;

2. On June 18, 2020 — Kelvin Ofori-Atta’s Coupbay was paid another GHS10,662,700.28 to rehabilitate the Accra Sports Stadium;

3. On March 10, 2021 — Kelvin Ofori-Atta’s Coupbay was again paid GHS4,754,829.56 to rehabilitate the Accra Sports Stadium;

4. On May 27, 2022 — Kelvin Ofori-Atta’s Coupbay was paid an additional GHS4,325,539.84 to rehabilitate the Accra Sports Stadium;

5. On December 29, 2023 — Kelvin Ofori-Atta’s Cisdan was paid GHS6,511,245.66 to rehabilitate the Essipong Sports Stadium.

These 5 Payment Vouchers alone amount to a staggering payment of GHS32,261,183.78.

I am also keenly tracking the 2024 demands for payment by this presidential family member responsible for stadium rehabilitations — the rehabilitation czar, Mr. Kelvin Ofori-Atta.

Never in our history have we had a government that spends so much to solve a problem only for that problem to get worse.

Another lesson from this infamous international disgrace Ghana has suffered is that it is always difficult, if not virtually impossible to demand performance and to obtain value for money in conflict of interest transactions.

You squander over GHS85million of taxpayer funds on fanthom stadium rehabilitations with familial companies only for our once highly respected country to be begging the likes of Togo and Ivory Coast to come to our aid by serving as our adopted home for international football competitions.

One thing is sure — the perpetrators of this latest international embarrassment won’t be allowed to get away!

Like most Ghanaians, I also cannot wait for the implementation of Operation-Recover-All-Loot (ORAL) when President Mahama, by God’s Grace wins the December 7, 2024 election.
