@CarikaElshae@The__Taybor@nanopore The N50 was around 10kb. However, using our protocol you can go up to 50kb N50 and still obtain 100 plus gb of data. You would need a ton of input material though.
@CarikaElshae@The__Taybor@nanopore This was with just one loading and no washes. Since then, we have reloaded the flowcell and have been able to obtain 35 gb more. So we are looking at a total data output of 150 gb with two loads and one wash.
