Many of these cases are met with silence and system cover ups. It's high time we implement law similar to those in Dubai and Singapore. The "new laws" are nearly superficial, they fail to address the core problems!

Tried to reach @dominos_india for hours but the number given by their chatbot is invalid! How can customers share their grievances when even the contact info fails?
Called on their toll free number also but the agents never called!!

Absolutely devastated by @dominos ! After a long trip, ordered pizza in the midnight, prepaid but an hour later,outlet was closed,tracking went off and the order was never delivered!My night ruined n still no response from the team and no refund!
