@Pennie_J_H @Fern_Britton When it’s just us locals it just so happens to be like that. Mutual respect, understanding, working together. No “serve me or slander” attitude 🤷🏻♀️
@Pennie_J_H @Fern_Britton I have also worked in hospitality for many years and I got tired of people thinking it’s okay to be rude to staff and expect perfect every time, as if those workers are some sort of robots exciting to serve for minimum wage. Sorry but, no.
@AlisonSmith29 @ch0keonthis@Fern_Britton They don’t have time to tweet people who think it’s okay to scare customers off their very new business. There is normally a sign. They make all food themselves. They are busy. And pregnant. Be nice to each other or be quiet.
@Jackieholmes111@ch0keonthis@Fern_Britton There is normally a sign but it’s hand written on chalk board and it was threatening to rain. This “celebrity” is slacking off a very small business for not being perfect in one of the hardest times for hospitality yet. Well done.
@kazfrance@Fern_Britton Well she doesn’t live in Boscastle does she, and the way she treated this local business is entitled. End off. Best to be nice to others these days or just be quiet, the world is shit enough don’t you think.
@Fern_Britton This young couple has taken on the cafe in one of the worst times for hospitality, worked non stop for month and had the one staff member they have pinged off work. How dare you slack off their precious little business on your platform.
@Fern_Britton Who waits for 15 min?! Go in after 5min and ask nicely, local businesses aren’t the punching bags for your disappointment or lack of knowledgeable how we work here. I don’t know any local business with table service without having been allocated to one.
We rescued Mabel through the fabulous Irish Setter and Rehoming - they are supporting us through her medical conditions. Mabel will need heart surgery soon but as you can see is unaware of that! #irishsetter#Crufts2018#crufts#AdoptDontShop
