@hwallop@TimesBusiness So true. The "new normal" is definitely being used as a get out in some sectors. And let's not get onto GP appointments STILL being triaged by phone - great in some instances but certainly not all. And that's if you can get through...or past the receptionist interrogation.
@hwallop@CostaCoffee So, looks like Toblerone has nudged out two festive seasons of the After Eight! My daughter won't be happy whereas my son will be chuffed that Terry's returns once again!
@gavinspringett@Bobbie0055@diheppy@SkyNews Oh it's you again Lord Springett, aka ex liquid leisure operations guy who's been all over the media defending LL. I only hope the current LL team have more compassion than you do. Small mercy that you are no longer at the helm dealing with this tragic incident.
@janetsathome1_@KirstieMAllsopp Not really as they start school at 5 instead of at 4, and then continue at the same pace as everyone else. IE they are age 12 when they leave primary school, not 11.
@janetsathome1_@KirstieMAllsopp In the London borough of Merton, a delayed start has been possible for the past few years, and yes, they go into reception.
@hwallop@marksandspencer Marginally more appealing than Colin the Caterpillar Cake smashed up in a jar? Still can't get my head round that - clearly not a big seller as often has yellow reduced stickers on it!
@NHSCOVID19app@Fiona67D@nhscovid19app No need to try and sell the benefits of the app to me - the app is redundant if people can't be tested! There are no contact details on the govt site for reporting issues, could you flag this to someone please.
@NHSCOVID19app Hi, can you help - trying to book a home delivered PCR test via gov site but the email confirmation code is not coming through no matter which email address I use. Have used it before without issues, must be a tech glitch?
