Law lecturers at KSL, most of whom are seasoned advocates, teach students that a Certificate of Urgency must be precise and straight to the point, such that within a minute, whoever is reading it can already see the urgency.

In practice, these same seasoned advocates draft five-page Certificates of Urgency that are basically a duplication of the Supporting Affidavit. 😅
