FYI, the CFIA hasn’t just seized the farmers’ land they’ve also taken control of a large portion of their neighbours’ property (who are also family).

Alyson Turnbull, cousin of farmer Katie Pasitney, shared this conversation with me.

A liaison officer told her she must email the CFIA for permission each time she wishes to enter her own mother’s house, where she’s currently staying.

It’s not just the farmers being treated like criminals, but their family members too.

I found a list of global science & government information that proves PHAC & CFIA statements wrong. I list them below, which includes the WHO. It states that bird flu is a very low risk to humans & there is no human to human transmission data. This is admissible for the courts.

There were 986 infections globally since 1997 with half of that resulting in deaths. Infections occurred to mainly farmers. Most infections are mild. Bird flu has been around since 1878.

Only wearing protective clothing, hand washing, staying home when sick, & contacting the doctor are the only recommendations. Vaccines are not recommended.
It's impossible to eradicate avian flu because it has a reservoir in aquatic birds.

No one has the right to persecute the ostrich farm, based upon this data & the fact that the farmers did not get sick nor did any of the animals & people on the farms nearby. A forensic audit at PHAC & the CFIA is required & its scientists need to be investigated for spreading false information, using political bias, & making decisions based upon these two things.
