Please. I plead with you. Live deeply. You may be young now but it goes. Fast. It is a breath. Do not waste time on everyone else’s vision for you. I know it is not this easy. In all the ways you can, please be here.
Not everyone is able to fully embody themselves, achieve their dreams, pursue their goals, for all sorts of reasons, systemic & traumatic.
I hope to fight & right these inequities.
And at death, if I can help my patient be themselves, even for the briefest moment—I will.

Thinking about how a local mom started a non profit called “The Hot Mess Express” where women VOLUNTEER to go on “Rescue Missions” to help fellow moms who have fallen into overwhelm. They show up without judgment and send the mom off for a spa day and will coordinate childcare.
Essential boundaries to set w/ yourself —
• A consistent routine & sleep times.
• Plans around exercise & movement.
• Limits on usage of social media.
• Outlining, tracking & following a budget.
I truly can’t imagine being w a man who polices me & my body, shames me for the same shit that attracted him or doesn’t wanna see me confident & successful…
