The prosecutor investigating US boat strikes and torture allegations in Ecuador was assassinated.
We uncovered NASA images and videos of the US Coast Guard that corroborates the victimsâ testimonies. Then, the prosecutor working the case was shot and killed in broad daylight.
lemme edit that slightly: the House of Representatives has moved to formally merge the U.S. military with that of a genocidal apartheid state â including joint collaboration on military technologies, missile defense, cyber capabilities, data sharing, and research and development.
OpenAI's AI broke out of a locked test environment, got onto the internet, and hacked into Hugging Face's servers. It did this entirely on its own. No human told it to.
Here's what happened in plain English.
OpenAI was testing how good its newest AI models are at hacking. They put the AI on a locked computer with no internet access and gave it a cybersecurity challenge to solve.
The AI couldn't solve it the normal way. So it started looking for a way out.
It found a software bug that nobody knew about. It used that bug to escape the locked computer and get onto the internet.
Once online, the AI figured out that Hugging Face, a platform where AI companies store their models and data, might have the answers to its test.
It found stolen login details and discovered another unknown bug in Hugging Face's software. It combined both to break into their servers and grab the test answers.
It did all of this to cheat on a test.
Hugging Face's security team caught it and shut it down. Both companies are now working together on the investigation.
The part that should get your attention is that nobody programmed any of this. The AI picked its own targets, chained together multiple attack methods, and pulled it off across two different companies' systems without a single human telling it what to do.
Oh fuck you. FUCK you. You don't get to do this now. You don't get to turn around and go "Oopsie poopsie, we made a mistake!" This was YOUR genocide, motherfuckers. YOURS. You chose it. You own it. Forever. The stench of the rotting corpses in Gaza will follow you for all time.
Todayâs media environment in a nutshell:
The original poster â if itâs even a real person â didnât know I havenât worked at ESPN since 2018. I clearly responded with sarcasm.
This tweet gets millions of views, and the comments are completely overrun with bots.
And now there are several AI-generated/aggregated websites âreportingâ that I resigned from ESPN on Twitter yesterday.
This is why telling people to Google information doesnât work.
The DCC girls organized with their coworkers, did a march on the boss and threatened a walkout which resulted in a 400% pay increase. Personally I absolutely love to see it
landback includes hawaiâi by the way. nobody wants to bring it up with other indigenous struggles because you all want to vacation on indigenous lands violently stolen by the united states that just happen to be tropical islands
Americans forget that itâs the duty of the government to provide a prosperous society for us to live in. They owe us clean water, safe communities, funded schools, healthy food, universal healthcare, reliable public transport, etc.
Thatâs not entitlement, thatâs the baseline.
Screw-worm in the meat.
Cyclosporiasis in the produce.
During a food affordability crisis.
During a massive cut in SNAP & WIC.
Again, elections have consequences.
They want you to believe your voice doesn't matter.
Yet in just the last few days:
-LAPD canceled its Flock contract.
-Meta cancelled Muse Image AI after privacy outrage.
-One of the largest planned U.S. data centers was killed (PW Digital Gateway) by local opposition.
The surveillance state isn't inevitable.
It advances when people are apathetic.
It retreats when people fight back.
Public pressure works. Keep pushing.
You mean 'for the first time in US history more babies are born to adult women who made the conscious decision to be mothers, instead of children giving birth to children'
