@LivpureSmart Btw tried calling some area incharge for Nagpur based on the number provided by your helpline and they too did not pick up- how lomg you have to wait to get a water purifier checked in a major city nonetheless

@fnp_ind have an order to be delivered on 11th may when asked why after paying for delivery on that day i get a response saying its mentioned when ordering that it would be on or around that day so if i want something next year do i order it today as its on or around?

@bigbasket_com So apparently for my bb daily order i am expected to wait till end of day- milk for morning to be delivered by end of day- what a joke

@bigbasket_com i have a bb daily order to be delivered by 7 am, reached out to support and they assure it will be delivered, its 648 now and yet no one has been assigned, usually its delivered by this time and hence wanted assurance but the helpdesk just wants to close tickets

@bigbasket_com You should stop the service ask the groundstaff as to why they are not bothered and overall stopp this service aa no one works

@bigbasket_com Its not the first time of the 3-4 times it was delivered only once, its better to shut down the option of bb daily and delivery at 7 am as it does not work

@bigbasket_com when you had bb daily atleast things used to be delivered in the morning now its just a sham show, you should remove the option to deliver by morning as it never works

@EurekaForbes attached is a service request for 27th jan, today is 11th feb, have mailed called even got a call back saying they will assign someone and i can see on app its assigned as well but still no call or someone to come why pay for your amc?

@TataMotors_Cars Will do because just to add insult to injury, after finally getting my vehicle back at 845pm the service center folks also stole the memory card from my dash cam

@TataMotors i pay extra for pick up and drop along with servicing while i don’t get any updates i still have to wait forever to get the vehicle back with no one even answering, its a whole day lost calling you guys
