Prepare your children for the real world. Do not confine them in an imaginary world. The world won't change for nobody, so make sure your children know that.
It’s very important that as soon as ur salary reflects in ur Acc, please make it a point to go out & buy all ur fav food & eat! When the food is done, go out & eat again… becoz’ the way some of y’all act around food during conferences/workshops is extremely worrisome tbh😭.
Keep your problems smaller than your life. A flat tire is a flat tire. A bad meeting is a bad meeting. A canceled flight is just an extra two hours. These things become catastrophes when you let them. But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.

We once mourned for seven days if I’m not mistaken. No loud music was played during that time and some businesses closed to mourn one person, but we have now lost a thousand of people and its business as usual. 💔
Awful call. Robertson isn’t impacting that play whatsoever. Donnarumma is never getting there.
“Understand” how it’s given, but that lacks so much understanding of the game. Tim Howard says the same. Not impacting Donnarumma’s attempt to save it.
This feeling of defeat and unfairness is very traumatic to us Tanzanians. It's hard to imagine life going forward, ni kama tupo mateka nchi nzima. How long will this hold? Only time will tell. In the meantime tufarijiane tunavoweza ili kurejesha mioyo nguvu na kutoa uchungu.
For your sanity, I advise you to mute all her supporters otherwise utakuwa mtu wa hasira tu. Waache wapostiane wao kwa wao. For your sanity, do not engage.
Some of us will mourn what others pretend they never saw 💔
A moment of silence to all lives lost. Hugs to all Tanzanians. This is ours. The people we lost, are OURS.
