@RailMadad I had my train from Solapur today. My train no. is 16614. And I reached the station 30 mins before my train time. The official train arrival time is 9PM and even till 9:08PM the platform for my train was not announced. I had to literally rush at the last hour.

And you guys made a false claim by registering yourself on wrong division and closed it. What is even going I don’t understand.

And this is the case since years now. Why is this station management so bad. How are we supposed to reach the platform on time without rushing. Why is this not like any other big station in the country?

Today, I ordered food from @SwiggyCares, DV Manor, of total amount Rs. 2124 and they did not deliver my order properly and plus it was late too. When I asked the customer agent from Swiggy she said directly without any sense of responsibility that she will only refund Rs. 800.
