@currys I placed an order last week and it was supposed to be ready for store pick on saturday. It wasnt. I managed to get through to someone in your customer service today who was going to call the ocal store and call me back. They haven't. I am getting a little frustrated.

@British_Airways apparently the delay in changing the tyres is caused by documentation needed from BA in the UK ..... The german ground crew have been waiting for this for 1.5 hours ......

@HSBC_UK is anyone monitoring ypur Chat service? I sent a chat over 20 minutes ago and no response. If this is a way of reducing telephone traffic and improving customer response times then you have to respond. I would prefer being in telephone Q than getting noresponse at all.
