It is of great concern and indeed disturbing to observe a number of people who have now jumped on the bandwagon to further mislead and gaslight the Irish People into believing that there is still a chance some new Dail vote will remove the effect of the EU Asylum and Migration Pact. It is too late.Where were these people 2 years ago, when I, Lawyers for Justice and others campaigned VIGOROUSLY to get the Dail to vote against the Protocol 21 opt-in, when there was still TIME before the vote on June 26th 2024.We even endeavoured to have the matter dealt with in the High Court.The only remedy now ( with this current administration) is to seek an exemption from relocation quotas under Article 62 of Regulation (EU) 2024/351 (AMMR) before July 1st on the grounds of significant migratory pressure.Poland has already done thid and was granted an exemption.The reason our Government aka Administration have not done so is very clear as they do not serve the interests of the Irish people, as I have stated publicly many many https://t.co/Xpd3zrXM10 for those out there who genuinely want to help please lobby/campaign for the Irish Government to apply for an Article 62 exemption as stated above.We acknowledge the situation is dire, but campaigning for the wrong remedy is nothing more than a convenient distraction and serves only those who seek the destruction of our beloved country. What people do know is that I have been found GUILTY of undermining public health guidelines during the Pandemic.

What the public DO NOT KNOW is what those guidelines stated. So I will publish them here:

For the treatment of Covid patients in the Community/Nursing Homes settings, Doctors were advised as follows:

1. Do not take the patients blood pressure.

2. Do not listen to their chest (auscultation)

3. Do not prescribe any medication (paracetamol only)

4. Refer to end of life protocols (palliative care/midazolam).

What these guidelines effectively stated is this: Do not examine your patients. Do not touch your patients.
Do not prescribe treatments for your patients -and if they appear to be very unwell- sedate them and allow them to die.

I can only recall one period in human history when human beings were treated in this manner.

As a father of a child with cerebral palsy, I was greatly disturbed by the story of the YouTuber couple who aborted their baby with Down Syndrome. They didn’t say the child was not a baby. They said it was not a life worth living, and not a life worth disrupting their own.

I know from personal experience, IT IS A LIFE WORTH LIVING. And my daughter was SO worth disrupting my plans. When I became a father of a child with special needs, I had countless plans. Since then, I've learned, my own plans only made me miserable. The real moments of happiness came from my family.

Raising my children was BY FAR the hardest thing I have ever done. But I wouldn't trade it for the world. Cherish your family. Don’t kill it.

This is utterly reckless and dangerous.

A 14 yr old girl should not have to share toilets with 18 yr old boys. Be it the shared sink area or a nearby cubicle.

Girls are already reporting feeling vulnerable and intimidated, yet schools in Ireland are steamrolling ahead with these mixed sex facilities without proper consultation with parents.

We’ve seen this pattern before. This forced down ideology that ignores child safeguarding.

Single-sex spaces exist for a reason. Our school girls deserve to feel safe and respected at school.

We saw the Giggle V Tickle ruling in Australia and the chaos that has arisen because of gender ideology.

Don’t be fooled into thinking this is about inclusion. Should inclusion come at the expense of girls attending state schools?

Parents are not bigots for wanting their daughters to be safe in school and to feel comfortable and respected.
