@heathrowairport would you like to explain why your N security indiscriminately took complaint cabin bags from all passengers this evening? I will miss my onward transport due to your unreasonable action. BTW the airport is full of passengers with similar trolley cases

@HeathrowAirport FYI this flight is only about 25% full and I am practically the only passenger without a trolley case! I have been seriously inconvenienced for no good reason whatsoever.

@HeathrowAirport I explained that I chose to travel BA precisely so that I could be sure take a trolley case on board as arriving late and tight to make last bus. I could have understood if it was a BA issue but this was indiscriminate on part of N security staff.

@HeathrowAirport Yes that’s the point. Went to S security they said they were too busy and sent everyone to N. N then took trolley cases from everyone (regardless of their airline/flight) before we were allowed to go through security.

@HeathrowAirport I think a public explanation would be fine as I was far from the only person affected. I would be happy to give up my bag at the gate if necessary (and I did explain this) but no account was taken of airline/flights details of affected passengers.
