@ChevvyAmy@piersmorgan There was an increase in cases in Gloucestershire.
The same applies to football matches, Crufts and any other large gatherings, they should have been stopped.
@LukhmanM@AntacsB@viewsfromleft@DavidLammy There were reports on the TV about the Chinese rebuilding the hospitals , locking down cities. How can anyone say the world did not know what was going on?
@SaltMerchantYT@GodHere3@BBCNews People who have recently returned from abroad will not have their recent health problems on their NHS records.
There are many at risk people the Governmentโs scheme will miss.
@Smartartz @guardian No the successful outcome was in China.
They will no doubt develop a vaccine in the near future.
End result less people will have died, their economy will have suffered less than others.
@muvaknowsbest@bumblebee2907@piersmorgan They are not testing most people who have had it unless they become seriously ill. So it is impossible to give accurate numbers.
If the antibody test becomes available then maybe we will get an idea.
@Independent If I went to any country where it is expected women to cover up, I would do so.
If the law says no alcohol I would abide by it.
Not being able to see someoneโs face makes some people uncomfortable.
It is about considering other people.
@ste_fawcett @DavidLammy@Nigel_Farage Me neither.
It is my understanding that animals were kept alive and slaughtered at the market when bought.
The Chinese have now banned this practice. That alone suggests that was the source.
Animals kept in poor conditions so they were ill when sold. If not cooked properly?
@ste_fawcett @DavidLammy@Nigel_Farage Frankly it does not matter where it comes from.
Viruses mutate, this virus just happened to mutate in China, it could have happened anywhere.
Coronavirus infections in animals are well known, it just jumped species.
Blame the virus not the Chinese.
@Thomasgordon01 @KazStebbings @Fox_Claire Those who have recovered from the virus but are not able to resume their jobs or go back to university because of the lock down?
The young it seems are likely to recover quickly. I donโt want anyone young or old to get the virus but it may happen.
What do you think will happen?
@Thomasgordon01 @KazStebbings @Fox_Claire If we go into lock down as some countries in Europe have there should be plenty of people able to work in a supermarket.
@Thomasgordon01@Fox_Claire Online shopping?
Healthcare workers who have underlying conditions should not be risking themselves. Hopefully those who have had the virus and are immune can help?
Do we need to continue testing so people know they are immune?
@iTweetyouTweet0 @hi_priest_teeth@LeaveEUOfficial The fact is countries always do the majority of their trade with neighbouring countries for good reasons.
@Dakeb_MCFC@sazmeister88 So all the businesses moving abroad, the end to frictionless trade, the drop in the pound, the fact by the end of the year Brexit will have cost as much as all the contributions made to the EU does not bother you?
@Dakeb_MCFC@sazmeister88 No I will be very happy to be proved wrong. I just donโt believe that I will be.
Will you be confessing you made a huge mistake if the predicted downside of leaving the EU turns out to be true?
@CryptoJustinUK @Independent Britain does not truly leave until after the transition period.
If the trade talks fail and we leave with no deal it will be leaving UK citizens / EU citizens without the limited protections the withdrawal agreement offers them. Yet more distress for those affected! Wrong.
