Was booking tickets for Edinburgh Zoo this weekend.
Noticed people on Universal Credit get a discounted rate.
Adult ticket: £30.
Adult ticket (UC): £8.
A 73% difference.
No shade to people on UC.
But why are we being punished for having a job?
If you're on your way to @Gatwick_Airport, it might be helpful to know that there is no running water across the entire airport.
That means no coffees, no water fountains, no flushing toilets and no hand washing.
Gatwick hasn't bothered to make a public announcement about this to passengers. How helpful...
This idiot was in the female Changing rooms @TKmaxx_UK Weymouth. today. I told him he shouldn’t be there. He said he was with his daughter. I suggested he wait outside. He became abusive. Laughed in my face. This is the kind of moron who thinks it’s OK to invade women’s spaces.
Many have asked why I have been so silent these past weeks. I'm heartbroken to say my beautiful, darling wife passed away on Thursday. She had held my heart in her hand from the first moment I saw her and we shared 36 wonderful years together. She had bravely battled cancer with courage and fortitude for many years yet still never lost the ability to light up a room with her beautiful smile, her wonderful sense of humour and her laughter. Not once did she give up the hope for life. I truely believe there is more to this existence than we know and that one day we shall be reunited by our love for each other, a love that was so honest and so real and so true. Until then I shall hold her tightly in my heart. When my daughter and I returned home from the hospital a red rose had appeared in our garden. It was right outside our door and had appeared from nowhere in a clump of dry weeds. Red roses were my wife’s favorite flower. She wore 3 in her hair at our wedding and carried a bouquet of red roses. I had asked her to send me a sign before she passed to say she was ok. It must have been sent by her.
You will stay forever in my heart until we are together again my darling ❤️
Oh look, another little inbred rat..
Mum checks her Ring doorbell at 2am.
Sees five masked men climbing her fence.
She grabs her daughter, barricades the bedroom door, and calls 999 while they’re smashing their way in with a machete.
Police arrive fast. Catch four of them. One legged it.
One of the little heroes, 19 years old with previous for robbery and blades, just got 26 months.
Twenty. Six. Months.
Meanwhile the mum and her kid don’t feel safe in their own home anymore and are sleeping at her dad’s one-bed bungalow.
Ring doorbell: 1
British justice: still loading…
Absolute joke of a country.
A diabetic Ford worker was fired after being accused of stealing a cookie, only for the company to later confirm he had paid for it. He declined an offer to return after losing his job of 11 years.
At 3:30 a.m. on May 9, 2026, Kurt Kromm, a 60-year-old diabetic who'd worked at Ford's Kentucky Truck Plant for 11 years, felt his blood sugar dropping.
He went to the break room and bought a Grandma's Chocolate Chip Cookie from a self-checkout kiosk.
The first terminal flashed a failed transaction. He moved to the second kiosk, paid, and went back to work.
A week later, security called him in. "They got you on video stealing a cookie," his union rep told him. He was escorted out by security and told to leave his tools behind.
"I earned over $200,000 last year," Kromm said. "Why would I steal? I spent $1,200 last year in the canteen on Diet Cokes."
He pulled up his bank statement. The $1.95 charge was right there.
Ford demanded notarized copies before they'd even check with Aramark, the kiosk operator. It took two weeks. Aramark confirmed the purchase on June 12.
Ford offered him his job back and $28,000 in lost wages.
He turned them down. He'd already found a new job in his hometown of Kenosha, Wisconsin, at $52.51 an hour plus a $10 bonus, more than he'd been making at Ford.
"First you tell me I'm a thief and then you tell me I'm a liar for saying I didn't steal," he said. "There's no way I'm coming back."
Ford's response: "There are times when we look into things and realize it could have been handled differently."
🔥 Angela Rayner’s HEATED CLASH with Rob Rinder on GMB exposes hypocrisy over the money.
Rinder put it to her straight:
“When Conservative ministers did that and you described them as having a staggering lack of shame. You’re back as Housing Secretary and you’ve kept the money so help me understand why that isn’t hypocritical?”
Rayner claimed her case is different because those Tories were only in the job for weeks, while she was there for nearly a year:
“People were in government for a number of weeks in some cases and accepted sums of severances in the thousands, only to return to government weeks later.”
Rinder wasn’t buying it:
“A number of people didn’t come back and they kept the money, you said they had a staggering lack of shame — but in your case that doesn’t apply?”
Her reply:
“If you’ve been in the job for a couple of weeks and accepted thousands of pounds, that is very different from the circumstances that I was in.”
No, Angela. It’s no different. You were in the job for under a year, had to resign over unpaid tax allegations, took the £16,876 severance, then returned to the exact same role and kept every penny.
You should hand that money back. You are a shameless money-grabbing hypocrite!
What’s worse is that you’ve spent years lecturing others about their behaviour, yet the moment you step into government you do the very same thing. Disgraceful.
Uxbridge: This happened today. The nonce is from Hounslow. M Mansour was in the toilet of the pub and tried to take a little boy about 6 years old away. He ran out to his dad, who told the manager. Management grabbed him and called the police. The dad was going mad but the little boy was so scared the parents took him home. He swung for the manager but was taken down and dragged out by two onlookers. He also tried to assault with a small bottle and threw a salt shaker over the little boy. As there were no witnesses to him trying to take the boy into the toilet, he was let go. Watched him get on the bus to Hounslow. Police confirmed that’s where he lives. Please share far and wide. Metropolitan Police Service did fuck all once again. Met Police the worst of the scum. Let’s find this man. He is from Hounslow.
In a terribly awkward moment, Donald Trump attempts to kiss a younger women who for good reason rejects him.
If he can do this in public. Imagine what he does behind closed doors?
Retweet so everyone sees this predator get denied.
The meltdown over a young family posting photos from their summer holiday is genuinely one of the funniest things I’ve seen in ages 😂😂
I will take this beautiful, happy, private little family every day of the week and twice on Sunday over the performative circus and misery Olympics some people seem determined to defend.
The rage over children enjoying a holiday? Please be serious. 😂🤍
Five years ago today I buried my 12-year-old daughter Semina.
After reporting to police she had been groomed, raped, beaten and bullied Semina took her own life after being told it was her word against his.
18 months later an IOPC report showed that the detective in charge of the case had an admission of guilt but failed to arrest him.
Semina nor myself were told at the time he had admitted to the rape, if she had been told she would still be here instead she was failed by all authorities payed to protect her and died thinking she wasnt believed. 💔
Nolan’s mom filed to obtain his estate. she’s gonna sue on his behalf for “wrongful death” this will open “discovery” on all parties involved. she’s playing chess. she’s fighting in their language and she will get justice for her son.
Angela Rayner is the absolute definition of a shameless hypocrite.
She quit the cabinet in disgrace last year over her tax scandal, pocketed a £16,876 severance payment, and has now waltzed straight back into the exact same job.
And when asked to hand the money back? She refused point blank, defending it with the pathetic excuse that it was “a year ago”. Yes, Angela. It was a year ago. And now you’re back in the job. So give the public’s money back, you money-grabbing hypocrite.
Even worse, she has the brass neck to claim that unlike the Tories, she and Labour are “focused on delivering for the British people” and “not looking like we’re in it for ourselves”. She actually said that while defending keeping thousands of pounds she should never have received in the first place after returning to the same role within a year.
The sheer shamelessness is breathtaking. One rule for her, another for everyone else. Absolute brass neck.
They aren’t angry because Meghan finally posted the photos. Quite the opposite, they’ve been begging for them, refreshing instagram every hour of the day for weeks.
They’re angry because the photos have blown a hole through weeks of false claims that Meghan & the children never came to the UK.
The photo that’s pissed them off the most is one of Harry, Archie and Lilibet at Princess Diana’s childhood home, Althorp. Meghan behind the camera.😂
The real sting is that Meghan denied the vultures the exclusive shots they were hoping for & counting on for their next quarter , then casually posted her own.
A gentle reminder that if the public is going to see her children, it’ll be on her terms, through photos she takes and she chooses to share. Imagine spending weeks insisting something never happened, only for Meghan to upload the receipts herself😂😂😂😂
They’re not angry because she posted.
They’re angry because she controlled the narrative.
The End😜
