But although I have seen others here saying they have had problems with the app WB have told me in writing (as I lodged an issue with them) that no one else had complained. I’m not sure that they are on top of their IT game generally, as others have said.

Although the app has always been slightly glitchy it has only been the last few weeks where it has got to the point where I wish I’d never bought the WB eTRVs…

@jhamilton583 @WorcsBoschCare Interesting. Same here. Have reported it and been told there is no known problem…well obviously there is. It’s been bad for at least 6 weeks: at one point I was having to reinstall the app every time I wanted to adjust the temperature in one of my rooms.
