@AdamMeakins@PeterAttiaMD hundreds of drive time hours r in full agreement about UL & LL strength, associations that r easy 2 measure & reproduce. Toe strength = another grip , just easier to measure grip ! Watch drive time with S McGill as they agree about the real message grip tells us 👍
@anillabelmonte@DGlaucomflecken It’s clearly failing ! Your now 1/7 adults as diabetic. You might just need that all hands on deck. Ortho understanding that pre diabetes is driving knee OA for example is all hands on deck. https://t.co/dR2vAxAyfT
@anillabelmonte@DGlaucomflecken Ha ha , no one has been managing diabetes! That’s why we are in a crisis, I heard diabetes specialists have been managing sugar not insulin resistance ! Can you believe the stupidity . Ortho might do something crazy like tell them to reduce their fructose consumption .
I’m now on my 6th SIRVA I’m diagnosing and treating since Feb. All so far appear to be too high and I’m not in agreement with the “2 fingers down from the acromium and jab teaching! It’s too high
@timcolledge05 @AdamMeakins@JackAChew@physiojack@ShoulderGeek1@AnjuJaggi@paulawoods5 I’ve had 2 SIRVAS since mass covid Vaccination. both a wee bit too high. I’m also vaccinating. Standard training is 2fingers below acromial process & jab. I find this rather odd as this can be really high on some people. I prefer this pic. 2 fingers to top of the triangle.
@@bbcpointswest extremly poor reporting tonight “ leading figure says he’s disappointed vaccine may cause blood clots in extremly rare cases” HE DID NOT SAY THIS!! He said we would much rather have medicines & vaccines that don’t have side effects. Your not helping BBC!!!
@keithgraham The message isn’t avoid decompression, it’s refer those who have not benifited from conservative and who meet the criteria with shared decision making . It’s not a bad local criteria. https://t.co/KYSWja9fmQ
@keithgraham I don’t agree this is the region approach Keith and the bnssg policy is 3 months conservative not 3 years. I’ve sat in meetings with the surgeons and they agree it’s not appropriate to operate for SAP until the patient has had a good go at rehab , meds injection symptom mod etc
Every now & then a bit of research comes along and pulls me out of my silo. This is one of those possible pieces of the jigsaw : https://t.co/tptfheQv6p
@Ali79596850 @stephenlfreeman @EssexPR Or a man who has a lot of wealth and trying to use it to help humanity as he realises he can’t take it with him ? While I realise you will perceive I am brain washed to think this way just remember your own confirmation bias may be at play 😉
