Context:I had opted for Premium lounge service in the UK Visa Application centre, Cochin. I wanted to reschedule the appointment, but the site didn't allow me to, hence I had to cancel the appointment.

Question: Will I get the refund automatically?

@SuitDirect I want to return two of my orders, but Yodel collect+ barcodes don't work. (The Yodel collect+ representative tried scanning the barcode twice, but it didn't work.)

Says the barcode is invalid.

The order numbers are:

Please help.
