🤫 Nap time ended in captivity: Ukrainian SOF woke Russian soldiers in their forest hideouts

Ukrainian special forces discovered two well-camouflaged dugouts used by Russian troops. The occupiers had carefully reinforced their shelters and covered their tracks — but slept through the most important thing: the arrival of the SOF.

The operators opened the hideouts, pressed their weapons close and quietly told the soldiers not to move. Two Russians were taken prisoner without a single shot being fired.

The SOF notes that amid drone warfare and sprawling kill zones, replenishing the prisoner-exchange fund is becoming increasingly difficult — and increasingly important for bringing Ukrainian defenders home.
