따라서 모든 지적재산권은 VCRWORKS에 귀속됩니다. 안타깝게도 최근, 이 작품의 권리를 무단으로 침해하고 콘텐츠를 불법적으로 사용하는 행위가 계속되고 있습니다.
이는 명백한 불법 행위이며, 저희는 이 문제에 대해 특허청과 법원을 통해 강력하게 대응하고 있습니다. 저희는 저희의 소중한 창작물을 지키기 위해 어떠한 타협 없이 단호하고 엄중하게 대응할 것입니다.

Official Notice Regarding 'Rhythmens' Copyright
Hello everyone, this is VCRWORKS.

We'd like to share an important message today regarding our animation series, 'Rhythmens', a project that holds a special place in our hearts. 'Rhythmens' is a cherished creation, brought to life through the passion and dedication of our entire team, from its inception in late 2019 to its public release in 2021.

We want to make it clear that 'Rhythmens' is not the work of any single individual. It is a company creation, produced under VCRWORKS's planning, direction, and full financial investment, with contributions from a diverse team of in-house professionals. As such, all intellectual property rights belong exclusively to VCRWORKS.

We are deeply saddened to report that we have recently seen a continuous pattern of unauthorized use and illegal dissemination of our work. These actions are a clear violation of the law. In response, we are taking decisive legal action, including submitting statements to the Korean Intellectual Property Office and initiating civil lawsuits. We want to be absolutely clear: we will not compromise and will take firm, serious measures to protect our valuable intellectual property.

To all the fans who love 'Rhythmens', we sincerely ask that you be cautious and not be misled by false information or illegally shared content, so that you do not fall victim to any potential harm. We are truly grateful for your unwavering support and interest in our work.
