Tite Kubo, in a new interview, discussed how he began drawing rough storyboards himself when contributing ideas for new scenes in the 'BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War' anime: "I initially try to write things out, but it's difficult to understand that way, and there ends up being a lot of text. I found that drawing it as a rough storyboard was easier to understand, and it was easier for me as well, so I started doing that. When I first started, I wondered if I shouldn't do it because it might feel like I was taking away from the anime team's storyboard work. But after I drew one and they were really happy with it, I thought, 'Ah, I guess it's okay for me to do this,' and I've been doing it fairly often ever since." どっかで見た。 BLEACHアニメ最新話の最後にグロリオサの花弁が落ちたシーン。グロリオサは寿命を迎えると、花弁が下に垂れ下がって枯れるため、このような落ち方はしないとのこと。この花弁の落ち方は椿の落ち方で、このような花弁の落ち方は、打ち首を連想させるため縁起物ではないという一方で、その命の散り方の儚さ、美しさ、潔さを表すものでもあるらしい。グロリオサの花言葉の1つが「勇敢」そして織姫の盾舞六花における椿鬼（ツバキ）の役割は「攻撃」命を賭した勇敢な攻撃で散った織姫の命を表すにはこの上ない表現だよねって。グロリオサが落ちることで、サブタイトルがDEFEND YOU（あなたを護る）からLIFE TO DEFEND YOU（あなたを護るための命）になるのも、とんでもない表現だと思う。なんなんだこのアニメは。
