He was a kid who had nothing and dedicated his life to a best friend that lost his life in high school. And he became a 1st round draft pick under strict supervision and order from Nick Saban during his time at Bama.

He was given millions as a very young 20 something and made absolutely awful decisions. He ended a life. And that of her dog. Under hideous self inflicted circumstances.

He's served time. I don't know if he's served enough.

Not my call to make or judge. I can't know what his victims' family feels. It's awful.

I wish him the best, and her family as well. This is a tough call.

But there are worse people out on the street every day.

Protestors shot and killed 8-year-old Secoriea Turner in a Wendy's parking lot after setting up an occupation zone. Keisha Lance Bottoms, as mayor, refused to send in police. Turner's mother was lost and turned around in the parking lot. Secoria died in the car.
