@gilgNYC Wish we had a programmatic way to recognize when our checkout extension app blocks have been added to a merchant’s thank you or order status page. This would be super helpful during initial onboarding as well as when merchants are in the process of upgrading their checkouts.
@TaylorHoliday@Readybrother These changes were coupled with a daily sync app that prompts the team on their priorities, plus several alert channels for things like form submissions, 3rd party notifications, etc (be sure to take a look at the custom sidebar options in Slack)
@TaylorHoliday@Readybrother We still have DMs avail because 1:1 convos still come up, but anything team related now happens in dedicated channels and it’s super helpful for all to be a fly in the wall in other parts of the company!
