@cineworld one week later, one film I had to pay full price for, I still cannot book using my Cineworld+ account on the website as it says payment failed. Checkout as guest and same payment works. You seemed to miss my first tweets can you help now?

@cineworld maybe let your website dev team know that it’s unhelpful on the booking confirmation screen to confirm the time of the film as 12:00 when everything else correctly confirms it’s at 17:10

@cineworld managed to buy Cineworld plus this morning using PayPal but when I try and book family ticket for imax dune on 22nd at Stevenage the payment fails? Tried card and it does the same even after bank verification pop up succeeds.
