Talentino is leading a project we’ve called DIVERSO engaging 50 SMEs in London to provide employer engagement activities for young people with SEND in FE- we’ve had an amazing response and anyone that just looks at big companies is missing a massive trick!

Prior to our learners beginning work placements, our job coaches go in to complete a 'shift' to experience the job first hand. This 'job carving' offers further information to enable the job coach to break down tasks for the young person. Thanks to @BootsUK for the opportunity.
On Thursday, students from the STEPs programme, our pathway to independence and employment went along to support with the Grand Opening opening of the Poolie Time Eco shop which is based on York Road.

Most of the students found this task quite challenging, especially keeping their tongues in their mouths when threading the needles!
