@gingereejit @MikeMatakatia @katieabradford Also Govt start/stop on apprenticeships means we now have gaps in the numbers of people trained whenever we need them, and not just for big infrastructure but those specialising in home appliances or maintenance. Take it all away from politicians and create an independent agency.
