But we need your help to make this a reality. I would be grateful to anyone who is able to support me in showcasing my work to the publishing world & embarking on the next step of my journey.
We have started a Crowdfund campaign: https://t.co/adviBHqiDW
With lots of rewards.
I’m excited to announce that 35 mentees of Pathways into Publishing have been given the opportunity to exhibit our work at London Book Fair 2025. We are all artists from diverse & underrepresented backgrounds.

@LondonBookFair LBF is a huge international trade show and a wonderful chance for our work to be picked up by the publishing industry.
My fellow coursemates aka mentees are a super talented and fab group of people so please consider supporting us.

Thank you.

The 35 of us who completed the course now have an incredible opportunity to exhibit our final coursework @londonbookfair (LBF) thanks to their generosity. We do need to raise a not insignificant amount of money to cover our printing costs and set up our display.

Hello. As some of you know I've spent the last two years on a kids' book illustration course called Pathways. The course was aimed at underrepresented people and was an accessible way to learn.

10 February 1944 | A transport of 1,015 Jews deported from Westerbork in the German-occupied Netherlands arrived at #Auschwitz. SS doctors sent 142 men & 73 women to the camp.
The remaining 800 people were murdered in gas chambers.
Eva & Liane Münzer (7 & 5) were among them.
Netanyahu cheapens the concept of antisemitism to try to save himself. At a point when Jews around the world need to rally support against antisemitism, Netanyahu throws them under the bus by equating antisemitism with criticism of his own war crimes. https://t.co/uafHQ5WRDT
On the UN #InternationalDayForTolerance, listen to the powerful words of an Auschwitz survivor, Roman Kent. He delivered this speech on the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz on January 27, 2015:
"...It is our mutual obligation, that of survivors and that of national leaders, to instill in current and future generations the understanding of what happens when virulent prejudice and hatred are allowed to flourish.
We must all teach our children #tolerance and #understanding, both - at home and in school. For tolerance cannot be assumed …. it must be taught. We all must make it clear that hate is never right, and love is never wrong!...
We survivors do not want our past to be our children’s future. I hope. I hope and believe this generation will build on mankind’s great traditions, tempered by understanding that these traditions must embrace pluralism and tolerance, decency and human rights for all people and must include opposition to antisemitism and to racism of any sort, it should be commonplace rather than exceptions..."

@WhiteStuffUK hello, I'm trying to place an order but your checkout isn't working on my android phone. It just takes me back to the shopping bag page everytime I try and proceed.
🚨“Our hospitals in Gaza are on the brink of darkness, and thousands of patient's lives, including newborn babies in incubators, hang in the balance” - Riham Jafari, ActionAid Palestine. Call for a #CeasefireNOW. Sign the @ActionAidUK petition ⬇️ https://t.co/lmvzHtSFwM
We have lost touch with our staff in Gaza, with health facilities, health workers and the rest of our humanitarian partners on the ground.
This siege makes me gravely concerned for their safety and the immediate health risks of vulnerable patients.
We urge immediate protection of all civilians and full humanitarian access.
