Why would biology link sun exposure and fat levels?
Why is a solar hormone, MSH that controls pigment also influencing fat in liver?
Because your body is adapted to shift its fat stores by season
Ignore seasons at your own peril
I was so flabbergasted by this that I built a tool just to convert recipes into this format.

Belly fat doesn't start with your diet.
It starts with cortisol cementing fat around your organs, a body locked in famine mode, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
Here are 7 science-backed ways to burn it for good:
1. No food 3 hours before bed.
1/5) A new paper in Nature Metabolism identified a potential Alzheimer’s risk factor hiding in your medicine cabinet.
As soon as I read it, I texted my mom: “Mom, stop taking this supplement.”
Let’s break it down. (Don’t miss the graph on 4/5)
Researchers identified hyperglycosylation as a driver of Alzheimer’s disease.
Glycosylation means adding sugar molecules to proteins, which can change their function.

Man, this is beautiful. A life adorning the gospel.
Listen to what @StevenBartlett—host of one of the world’s most popular podcasts—says to Christian apologist John Lennox.
A man saw his phone storage was ''full'' after 18 months but he barely had any photos.
He had deleted apps. Cleared messages. Removed downloads. The warning kept coming back every two weeks:
"Storage Almost Full.''
He went to the Apple Store ready to buy a new iPhone.
The employee at the Genius Bar held up a hand: *"Before you spend a thousand dollars, let me show you something."*
She opened Settings → General → iPhone Storage and shook her head.
"There are 7 things eating your storage right now. Apple ships every iPhone with all of them turned on. Nobody tells you they exist. Let's go through them."
Here's what she showed him in the next 8 minutes. 🧵
