I don’t usually give this account much of my time but this one hit home.

DM: Can we please talk about the kids that mass email coaches before showcases (but personalize it a little so we take notice), so then coaches (many of whom are on their own and have very little time and schedule around those kids) watch them play, like them, reach out and then all of a sudden they “Don’t think the school is the right fit” or “too far away from home”. It is getting worse and worse. Please can you encourage kids to reach out to schools after doing research and stop wasting time!

And yes, this does go both ways, coaches also need to stop mass emailing kids and then not being interested from the get go once the kid reaches out!

Our Skywalk Futsal Classic is fast approaching and we are looking for people to help set up courts on Dec 12th anytime between 8am-8pm.

We are paying $15/hr for anyone (16 or older) who comes out and helps lay courts that day. All help appreciated.
