PLEASE SHARE🙏🏾 | Hello Crime Watch Zimbabwe, please kindly help us share this message. My 13-year-old daughter, Victoria Gwiza, has been missing for more than three months. She was last seen on 14 February 2026 at Stopover, Epworth. She had gone to have her hair done at Rueben Shopping Centre in Epworth, but no one knows what happened after she left the salon.
We have tried everything we can to find her, including putting up posters, using radio and TV platforms, and reporting the matter to the police, but we still have no leads. We are deeply worried about her safety and are appealing to anyone who may have information to come forward. She may still be somewhere in Epworth or Harare.
Please Zimbabwe, help us bring Victoria home safely. Any information or assistance will be greatly appreciated.
I am Orbert Gwiza, Victoria’s father.
Contact number: 0785004747 (Econet)
Thank you to everyone helping us search for Victoria. May God bless you all. 🤝

In July 2025, I responded to a promotion that was being run by Gray Homes Construction Company. I decided to build a small cottage and entered into an agreement with the director and CEO, Annavestah Mudiwa. We agreed that I would pay monthly instalments towards the construction of a two-bedroom cottage.
I made payments until the total reached US$10,760. According to our contract, construction was supposed to begin once 70% of the agreed amount had been paid.
However, in March 2026, after reaching the 70% mark, Mrs. Mudiwa informed us that fuel prices had increased and claimed that the total cost of the project would rise to US$22,000. This was a significant change from the original agreement. She also requested an extension and insisted that we continue paying instalments, even though no work had started on the ground. This did not make sense to us.
We then realised that the service was poor. Whenever we tried to contact her, she would say she was in a meeting and would call back later, which she often did not do. This was very unprofessional.
We decided to cancel the agreement and requested a refund. After this, Mrs. Mudiwa became rude and uncooperative. No work had been done at the site, and we have been trying to recover our money.
Our lawyer sent a demand letter, but there was no response. The lawyer then visited the Gray Homes office located along Longden Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe, only to be informed that the company had moved from that address last year.
We have tried to contact Mrs. Mudiwa to provide the new address, but she has refused to share it.
We are kindly asking for assistance in locating her and recovering our money. It is very painful because we worked hard and made sacrifices, only for someone to take our money and then disappear.
Comment on Bitcoin .
Now we get the familiar chorus of pundits posting charts on Bitcoin, recycling the same tired claims that it’s a scam, it’s over, it’s late, it’s Epstein, it’s quantum, it’s going to zero.
Every cycle, it’s the same rinse‑and‑repeat narrative dressed up as revelation. Declaring Bitcoin’s fair value as zero isn’t analysis, it’s a refusal to acknowledge that monetary sovereignty is evolving beyond the state. As the CLARITY Act—the most consequential digital‑asset legislation in U.S. history—moves closer to passage, market behavior shows a precision that strains the idea of ordinary ‘price discovery.’
Wall Street is preparing to tokenize tens of trillions in traditional assets, yet the public narrative still frames Bitcoin as a failed experiment. The irony is unmistakable: policymakers call for global leadership in crypto innovation while mainstream commentators cling to the language of collapse.
When the bear thesis resorts to tabloid metaphors and quantum ghost stories, it’s safe to say the skepticism has jumped the shark. What we’re seeing is not the end of digital assets but their migration into the institutional core of global finance. Back to the 200 week SMA, and everyone is levered and short. Rinse and repeat.

In the beginning of this very short chapter, David comes to God asking him for relief from his distress (anxiety and worries).
In this final verse, he reaffirms that the only way he can sleep well and in peace is with God. Being with God is the key to our peace, regardless of the storm raging in our lives.
In today’s world of worry and strife, people are anxious and depressed about many things, including failed relationships, financial struggles, burdens, debt, health issues, sickness, safety concerns, security worries, and wars all over the world.
Anxiety about what is happening around us is not as bad as the anxiety that happens inside us! This is because most of those anxious feelings are only in your thoughts, and ultimately, most of them will probably never happen, and neither will you likely have the control to stop them from happening.
The things you can’t control, you need to give them to God. The Lord said, even though you be in the middle of the tempest and storm, you can be at peace. Exodus 14:14 says ‘God will fight for us if we just remain calm and still’
The writer of this psalm says even though he is surrounded by danger, he trusts God enough to know he will sleep safely and peacefully.
The Hebrew word for safety is ‘betach’, and it means securely, unaware and carelessly assured. Be careless and lie down at night, trusting God that you will sleep peacefully.
I must admit I am so grateful and blessed with the same ability to sleep well and peacefully; however, many are not and suffer from insomnia and poor sleep quality.
If you are one of those people, I pray right now that you will be able to trust God enough to let him take over and give you the rest you need tonight as you lie down trusting God.
Having an intimate relationship with God is what will bring the peace we need to sleep well and also to face the daily struggles of this life!
In the name of Jesus Christ,
Amen🙏

THE SECRET TO A NATION PROSPERITY... Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. Proverbs 14:34 Jesus Christ is our righteousness unto salvation and exaltation. Our God uplifts and upgrades nations. May we all seek this Jesus Christ. And our story and fate will never be the same again. Blessed Sabbath. #Godisinit Forever and always ~nc
The Econet case!! I did not start with the Econet case. If I am not mistaken, I think Canan Dube did. Of course Anthony Eastwood was always in the mix of things. He was always our technical powerhouse. He was always useful as a sanity check. That prevented our inventive youthful selves from getting carried away.
Everyone at Kantor & Immerman loved exciting cases. We had lunch together everyday. Da Guido at Montague shopping Center was our favorite place. We would discuss the exciting cases. We would advise each other. We would strategize together. No wonder why each of us was so formidable out there. It was the collective brain power of the whole law firm.
1996/ 1997 were busy years for me. In 1997, I was working on the dual listing of NMBZ on the Zimbabwe and London Stock Exchanges. I was helping Anthony Eastwood. Anthony then encountered a tragedy. His son committed suicide. He was devastated. We were devastated. The whole firm was devastated. And Anthony never really recovered from this blow. That left me handling the NMBZ dual listing. My junior colleagues, Josephine McNally and Nic Rudnic provided me with much needed support.
It was after I took over the NMBZ case that I made an impression on Mr James Mushore and Dr Julius Makoni. That resulted in Mr James Mushore inviting me to NMBZ after he learnt that I was out of a job later that year.
The listing was faced with abortion over a forward forex deal the Bank had had with Cluff Resources. The underwriters had an abort meeting in London and Dr Makoni was in attendance. Mr James Mushore summoned me from Kantor & Immerman and requested my opinion on the bank’s exposure resulting from the forex commitment. There had been a material movement in the exchange rates. I opined that the Bank had entered into the forex transaction as an Authorized Agent of the Reserve Bank. Therefore, it was implied that its liability was contingent upon the RBZ providing the forex and at the given rate. I was asked to repeat the opinion over the teleconference and I was asked to put it in writing. There was applause. And the dual listing was saved.
In the middle of that, one day, I was told that Mr Masiyiwa wanted to see me. Once a darling of the firm, he was no longer. The protracted legal battle had exhausted his resources. You are only a darling of the lawyers when you can pay their fees. When you can’t, the lawyers avoid you like a plague. That’s why lawyers are such bad business people. Most don’t invest in potential. Most live for today.
The man, Strive Masiyiwa is a man of faith. He is extremely humble and patient. He is very persistent. So, he waited and waited. Eventually, I was able to see him. He needed my help. He needed me to take over the case. The more I listened to him, the more I was convinced that I needed to handle the case more than he needed me to. Meeting Strive Masiyiwa will change anyone’s life. It changed mine. It gave me a hunger to handle his case. That hunger was not motivated by fees. Because he could not afford the fees at the time. His battle became my battle. My decision to take on the case was one of the factors that strained my relationship with my colleagues and I threw in the towel in or around November of 1997, even if I did not have another job at the time. Of course there were other factors. I think our collective egos had outgrown the firm. We could not all realize our dreams at the firm. The firm had to rupture. And it did rupture.
So I agreed to represent him. But we had fundamental differences on how to proceed. There had been a tender. Econet had lost the tender for a license to provide a mobile telecommunications service. He wanted us to go back to the Supreme Court that had struck down the PTC monopoly and had issued a deadline for the Licensing of Econet. In response, Government had gazetted regulations calling for tenders for a license. Econet had tendered and lost.
