Sending and receiving Kpop postcards and goodies through Postcrossing and snail mail is such a fun experience! I’m not 42, but these TWS stuffs are lovely.

My mother underwent surgery that lasted six hours.
She was hospitalized for twelve days, including five days in the high care unit (HCU).
Finally, it took 11 hours for her insurance company to complete the verification and settlement of her payments.
Exhausted but grateful.
If it wasn’t because of divine intervention, I doubt today would exist. I am skeptical that the progress would be as good.
In short, all glory belongs to God.
Please keep my mum in your thoughts and prayers — that she finds the strength to fight, and for her body to respond well to treatment. It’s been hard to witness, and every prayer and kind thought is deeply felt.
My mum was admitted to the hospital and had to undergo a non elective surgery. It was complicated but fortunately she went through the hard part well.
It made me wonder how we are living in a borrowed time.
And all this time I spent my time toiling at work and spending the money in kpop items and other novelties. I focus on wants and superficial stuffs.
I told myself to reorganise my life as I’m not getting younger.
It’s not like indulging in kpop items are vain, at some point it helps me stays sane. But there are more to life than MD and PCs.
I can try having more meaningful relationship wirh people I actually talk to daily.
So much for a Sunday reflection.
