Schools will be forced to allow parents to opt their kids out of curriculum pushing political agendas and the LGBTQ agenda

- The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment requires parental consent or opt-out for surveys and evaluations on sensitive topics like sex, family relationships, religion, political beliefs, mental health and gives parents rights to inspect related materials

- The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act gives parents the right to inspect and review their child’s education records, request corrections and control disclosure of personally identifiable information

Schools receiving federal funds must generally provide access and notify parents of rights annually

States like California and Kansas have major lawsuits for transitioning kids and hiding it from their parents, even when the parents request the info

Many states are changing kids genders on forms and transitioning kids too

We need both this legislation and these school staff should face criminal punishments in my opinion

• Three times higher risk for atopic diseases (like eczema).
