@AskTSA You may want to check JFK’s procedure because they did not offer any of that to us. Instead we were told to wait in line with everyone else and that ended up being an hour plus long. @JFKairport

@Cheryl_Searle @thanhyves @united So after being on the phone with United last week for over 1.5 hours.The lady told me I was not able to get a refund via phone &have to enter the request through their website. I entered the request with the same reason my boyfriend put on his.
