@Lexus my 2024 Lexus NX has a recall, called Lexus of Tampa bay to set up an appt to get it taken care of. They told me the next available appt is in June. 3 MONTHS FROM NOW. That must be a joke right?? Such poor customer service. Very disappointed.

@tapairportugal who helps with missing bags? It’s been more than 48 hours and nobody has helped me or even updated me on the location of my bag. I have traveled all around the world and I have never had an experience like this or even a missing bag. 48 hours with no bag or help!!

@SonySupportUSA my @Sony TV started burning on the inside and smoke was coming out the back. Cust svc said it’s NORMAL, not a fire hazard, and safe to plug back in? What does everyone else think? #dontbuysony #worstcustomerservice #firehazard

@SonySupportUSA is it normal for my 75in TV that cost $4k+ to blow smoke out of the back? Scent of burning was so strong & fast. Was afraid it would start on fire. Tech came 3wks ago, said major fire hazard & keep unplugged. Cust svc so bad haven’t heard back yet. Disappointing.
