I got a friend to run with me who despises running and told him to go slower than he thinks he should and about 10 minutes in he said to me this is the best I’ve felt, than 10 minutes later it was gone and he said he hated running again lol but at least there's momentary bliss

i hated going to public spaces, I.e, grocery shopping bc I could literally smell when things were off with people + places
