@claytonhotelmcr I have someone from your front desk just apologize and tells me I’m getting a refund. This a huge security/safety issue. There is absolutely no reason why this is happening and why I feel unsafe! I’m a seasoned traveler I can assure you this has never happened

@claytonhotelmcr I tried calling front desk using the hotel phone -this couple is still waiting out my door- no one picks up! I have to call from personal phone. The reception response to this Security issue was “right” the other front desk tells me “this happens all the time”
