@British_Airways I'm Done! After 3 requests to get $$ back I'm raising the white flag. Ur rep canceled my return flt when the 1st flt got canceled. I had to rebook the same flight at 3x the cost! I was only given the original $ back. Ur rep was arrogant at my expense!
@British_Airways Sorry but I replied with a lot of detail many times. I've complained about the rep more than once. He was the cause of all this occurrence for the return flight from Venice to London on June 3rd. He wasn't clear, & caused me to cancel the booking which included my return flight.
@British_Airways I'm angry & upset ๐ก after 4mths I got refund information of flt u canceled from London to Rome. However, due to that canceled flight many other expenses incurred to get to Rome and also back 2 London. Refund 4 the 1 flt is not enough! U will hear from me again!

@British_Airways WHY can't you just give us an estimated amount of time it's taking you to get compensation out!?
@gaazjee@IbroHasanovic@vueling I did get my luggage after 3 days. But there is still compensation to be had. Apparently they resent me an email that they sent five weeks ago and I had to provide some receipts now.
@vueling I've messaged you and tried submit a claim for lost luggage & had to buy clothes. Unfortunately, the chat isnt able to accept my receipts. I was only able to upload the PIR rcpt not the clothes receipts that need to be reimbursed. Case # 07369153. Get your act together!
@vueling URGENT!! May 27 Gatwick to Barcelona connection to Rome. Our luggage did not arrive with us in Rome. A claim was filed at the airport. Our medication is in the bags. We will be leaving our Rome hotel the morning of May 30, then will be in Sorrento. This is now urgent!!
