@talk2GLOBE So I requested to cancel any existing applications (that Iβm not aware of) so I can just proceed in renewing in the website (which offers the renewal plan I want). But the question is, will @talk2GLOBE even care to fix it? Even the chat agent left me hanging.
I feel like @talk2GLOBE does this on purpose to delay my downgrade and for me to continue paying 1799Php for a service I donβt even fully utilize. So much unnecessary sh*t here.
