@UKRinIT Che differenza c'è fra questo e mio figlio Giulio che, nonostante sentenza definitiva, è ancora trattenuto illegalmente un #Ukraine? Chiedete il rimpatrio dei bimbi portati in 🇷🇺, ma non rimpatriate quelli che trattenete in 🇺🇦!!

Вы просите вернуть украинские дети из 🇷🇺, но кажется законов сами не соблюдаете!! Как это называется?? С уважением

🇺🇦 asks for their children been returned from illigally being retained in 🇷🇺, but does not give back those who are illegally retained in 🇺🇦: how do you call this?

@RogueQuark @UKRinESP I have full custody of my child, final Cassation order... But he's in 🇺🇦 under the bombs and I can't do anything, Asked in 🇺🇦 for a court order to enforce the final sentence before start of war... Still in process!!
And I know a little of Russian un Ukrainian

@RogueQuark @UKRinESP Court order should arrive within 6 weeks, but even 6 months is unreal. They claim you are aggressive and ask for international court help to Spain... this will delay everything for about 2 years each time. This is fact. I have 5 court processes currently on the go.
