a lei felca entrou em vigor ontem e tem uma contradição que ninguém ta falando:

artigo 37: proíbe "mecanismos de vigilância massiva, genérica ou indiscriminada"

artigo 9: proíbe autodeclaração de idade

artigo 12: exige verificação "auditável"

a única forma de verificar idade sem autodeclaração E que seja auditável é biometria ou documento. que é literalmente vigilância massiva

a lei se contradiz sozinha. e a multa é 10% do faturamento no brasil ou R$50 milhões

o MidnightBSD já bloqueou todos os usuários brasileiros dia 8 de março.

🚨How EA Could Fix the Power Curve and Still Make a Lot of Money

These are just my ideas. I'm sure the community could come up with even better ones so if you have ideas make sure to write them in the comments. I’m not perfect, so please don’t hate if you have different views ‼️

Maybe EA will see this feedback and make some adjustments for FC26 ✅

1. Make golds lower rated (89 max) and make all Icons and Heroes usable. You can make the top-tier golds rarer so they don’t lose value as quickly.

2. Bring back the Ones to Watch promo for 2 weeks so we can enjoy gold players more weeks.

3. Until Black Friday, don’t release promo cards for top-tier golds/Heroes/Icons (Mbappé, Vini, Hansen, Putellas, Saliba, VVD, Theo Hernández). Focus on mid-low or mid-tier meta promos. Top-tier players already have a chance for TOTWs because they’re top-rated for a reason.

4. At Black Friday, release a huge promo for top-tier players + Icons and Heroes.

5. Bring back the FUTMAS promo for December.

At this point, we should NOT have 2 PlayStyles+ players.

6. Make TOTY great again (3 PlayStyles+) with TOTY Icons & Heroes having 2 – Make them rare, but ensure accounts are balanced so everyone has the same chances of packing a TOTY. This year, some accounts had 20 TOTYs and others had 0.

7. After TOTY, all promos should be 2 PlayStyles+.

8. FUT Birthday = 5/5 players

9. TOTS should be TOTY level – 3 PlayStyles+

Make TOTS rewards great again. Rewards should come only from the main team.

10. After TOTS, we can go with 4 PlayStyles+ on summer promos and 5 PlayStyles+ on Futties.

SBC & Evolution content :

1. Focus on low-tier and fun RTGs until Black Friday.

2. During Black Friday we should get one big SBC (that we can craft until TOTY) and one major Evolution. It may sound underwhelming, but we also have POTMs, which are very important early in the game. SBCs should be fairly priced.

3. FUTMAS should have daily SBCs and Evolutions, but they should be fun and nostalgia-oriented, not focused on top-tier players.

4. TOTY - 2 BIG SBCs & 2 BIG Evolutions (2PS+)

5. Futbirthday – 1 BIG SBC & 1 BIG Evolution.

At this point, we should have 6/11 big players in our team from SBC/Evolution content. Black Friday content should be 1 PlayStyle+, so I assume the players we crafted during that period are no longer meta by then.

6. TOTS - 1 BIG SBC & 1 BIG Evolution for each major league/team (3PS+)

At this stage, most players should be 3 PlayStyles+, so we’ll need SBC & Evolution content to upgrade our teams accordingly.

I know it may sound a little slow for some of you, but with this schedule, we’d have a lot of fun using golds until Black Friday and still enjoy nice mid-tier metas in promos.

Until TOTS, we’d have half the team crafted through SBC/Evolutions and the other half from the market or untradeable packs — which I think is a great balance.
